XD Funny, and nicely made. Too bad they're low resolution though. Thinking about it, making this kind of pictures isn't hard at all! You just get the model of anything out of Ffxi you want with Modelviewer and paste it on a landscape picture. It's a great idea^^

Not all of them are low-res btw. If you click the link under the lower left corner of some of them that say "Wall" there's a 1024x768 version. Only for a few though.

Oh wow, so pretty. Too bad they're all so low res as everyone has said though.
Love the Zi'tah one with the leech and the nice depth of field effect.

The great lighting you noticed makes it a step more complicated than that. The way the lighting on the CG and the photo source matches up so well is really what makes these so impressive.
