FFXI Fan-Art?

I always see a lot of cool fan-arts (mostly from japanese fans, based on the style) on people's avatars and sigs. But where does everyone get their fan-art from? I'm looking for a couple sites that have some really good artwork. Preferably ones from COP (like Prishe, Ulmia, etc). If anyone knows any FFXI specific fanart sites, english or japanese, please post them. Thanks.
