Hey i would really like to get into this but financially i dont have the cash for any of this software and i was wondering if anyone knew of any way for me to get at least some software to get into making sigs.

I right clicked on one of the images and you're using freewebs. I don't know how image hosting works with them, but you should try other free services such as http://www.imageshack.us/

Not sure about the images used or if you drew them yourself, but you may want to give credit to the original creators (If you didn't draw them) when incoperating their work into yours.

Try GIMP. Trust me, it doesnt fit the name :p. www.gimp.org . Big program, get a littled used to it. You might get confused at first part. Try going to Filters > Light Effects (or something ) Theres something nice there which you will like. Aaaaaaand.. if you want Photoshop, please dont do something illegal like going to www.torrentspy.com and download the Photoshop program in torrent.
