Alright this is one of those games that just err.. well..... is kinda fun to do!

Rat Art Rules (for those who don't know what rat art is )
-No pencils, no scanners (that means you have to use photoshop and other programs)
-Nothing can be coppied
-Nothing offensive (e.g. a hand giving everyone the finger)
-You can use your mouse only!
-And be creative.... mwahahahahaha!!!
