Getting back into the game... hopefully today

yeah so i really want to get back into this game ive played off and on for a few years now (never made it past lv20 lol) and so i went to install it today and realized i lost the book i wrote my play-online information in, so of course i need to contact support right? oh wait, i cant because its Saturday, do i honestly have to wait till Monday to even try and install what takes forever, because SE only supports mon-fri, or for the love of god is there some other way? thanks.

yeah scratch this i found the book, funny thing is i had the wrong password wrote down in it lol, luckly it had the right ID in it and i guessed my old password.
