Cancelling your content ID?

So in the next few months Im gonna be swamped in university stuff...

i was reading about canceling content ID and I saw something saying that if I don't reopen the content id 3 months after I canceled it I will lose my data.


Does this mean my character will be erased if I cancel my content id and don't re-open it before 3 months pgo by?


If Im wrong, how does it work? Thanks in advance.

after 3 months you may lose the character, some people had their character there after 3 months but its not guaranteed it'l be there
