Game Crashing

So I got FF 11 on the PC and I am having a huge issue with the general program. I only got to the full on charecter creation window once but never finished the charecter due to not having access to the Diabolos server. But now when I go in to make a charecter to kill the time it crashes as I am trying to change my race.

I really don't get this I am running a high end computer and a game that came out in like 2002 is crashing. Any thoughts?

really need more information than that, what OS are you using, your computer specs, information that might apply is pretty crucial to fixing any issues. it's hard to just go by it crashes when I do X or Y.

Open up playonline and press the check files button on the left. It will check all of the installed files to make sure none of them are missing or corrupt.
