    I am having the problem... and its June
    Heres my post
    Ok so I got a pc Ver. about 4-5 days ago my card worked fine. Well, I had a bank issue and my card was frozen and they thought someone stole my card so when my bank got a call that it had not been stolen I could order stuff online but.. I got another copy of FFXI for the 360 and when I tried to make a new account for my Xbox I keep getting error's UCS-60257 and UCS-5111 (bare in mind I tried to activate it when my card was frozen and I didn't know it had been frozen) But, today it was unfrozen I orderd something from Gamestop worked fine. I tried again.. No luck. Then did the web chat thing they said wait 30 min.. on I did that no luck. I waited another 30 min. I said ok this is getting old so I called SE and they said it could be my CC! HUH!? I had just orderd stuff online so how is my card? But, I just told them about my card had been frozen but, it had been unfrozen when I called SE they said just keep tring... No luck. Whats going on?

      im having the exact same problem, except my card has never had any problems, and it's the pc version.

      i hear waiting 24 hours is the best bet, but i really dont wanna wait.

        I called SE and they said wait 30-35 min. But, I hear that don't work.
        I have tried for two days. I have another account I got it almost a week ago went though fine. Now I get theses errors. So its not just me?

          After a long time away from the game, my brother and I decided last night to come back to FF. I had the day off this morning, and eagerly went to EB to purchase each of us a copy. I've been trying since then to get PoL to accept my credit card info. He had the same problem for a couple of attempts, but lucked out after a few tries, and it let him through. I've been trying since then with two credit cards that are mine, plus the one of his that let him through.

          What bothers me more than the actual problem, is Squenix's stubborn denial that the problem is on their end. Their customer support is insistent that it is a problem with the information, even though I've checked, double checked, and even once entered my billing info while on the phone with my bank. Add on top of this the uncaring attitude of the customer support staff, and it all builds up to a very frustrating, and wasted day off.
