Finding an English copy in Japan?

I'm looking for the English version of FFIX in Japan but I'm having no luck so far. Does anyone know where I can get the game and all of its expansions? Do any shops in the US ship to Japan?

Checked Amazon. They don't ship here. I'll check Ebay but I'm not hopeful.

Have you tried play-asia.com? They don't have shipment restrictions.

After some searching I *might* have a lead in ebay, but I'll take another look to make sure. Thanks to those for helping ^^.
