Glitch with Char... help!

When I first installed the game, the graphics were great, same as always (I played a little over a year ago and quit, and am now coming back) except my char. My mithra has a major glitch. Can't see her face, her head is the same color as her hair... whole torso is black. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help. What do I do?

Well you could put in the name of your video card (i.e. Nvidia, Radeon, etc.) and the model number (i.e. 8800GT, X1950, etc.) and the word Drivers into Google and you might come up with some links to what you need. Or you could visit the website of the manufacturer of the computer (i.e. Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Gateway, etc.) and do a search there. It's not that hard to get drivers for your computer.
