How to find FFXI macro files?

So im having problems with FFXI crashing, and im gonna reinstall it, but i really dont wonna lose all my macros! Can anyone tell me where in the SE file they are saved so i can copy them and put them back in when i install it again?

You may find old posts that say that Ctrl-Alt-Shift-B doesn't back macros up to the server. This used to be true, but they've changed it now. That combo backs up to the server, and Ctrl-Alt-Shift-R restores from the server.

(I'm pretty sure this also saves and restores your map markers and AH sortation information.)

It saves most (all?) of your config info. I have my text colors all the same on PC, laptop, and 360.
