How do you change your ingame font?

I was watching videos on Youtube about WARs to see how awesome they are (they are epic btw) and I came across this video

I was wondering how he/she got the font like that. I think I know how to get the damage shown, but I dont know how to change the font like that. Anyone know?

OH. also. If you watch you see his chat spam "Equipment Change" like 5 times. Whys that? ><

And maybe someone could possibly tell me the subjobs hes using?

The font is changed by modding the game's files. A lot of characters like to alter the game's data files to change the way some equipment looks or otherwise tailor some parts to their liking.

She's actually a Samurai. Only they wield Great Katanas. "Equipment Change" is coming up because she's using a macro to change her equipment before certain attacks and changing back after. At later levels players choose to do this because they carry around multiple sets of equipment; some for basic fighting, others strictly for using Weaponskills, others for tanking, etc., in order to get the right stat boosts specifically for that action they're changing their gear for.

And she's subbing Ninja. You can see her using Ninjutsu at various points during the battle to avoid damage. Many Samurai sub thief and ninja, either to deal out the most damage using thief's Sneak Attack and Trick Attack abilities, or ninja for the helpful Utsusemi ninjutsu spell.
