  • Getting account going again.

    Me and my girlfriend quit playing about 6 months ago as her computer died.
    In that time we moved and we now both have new computers.

    So we are getting back into FFXI...

    The problem (other then doing the hellish patch... twice T-T) is that I can only find the activation codes for one of our accounts (not even sure what one it is)...
    I can't for the life of my find my other box.
    Not that biggest deal as we happen to have an on opened copy laying around anyway. BUT the real issue is that we don't remember out playonline IDs...
    The had been stored on my old computer that has it's HD crash on us...

    So will calling SE and talking to them get me anywhere or are we basically just going to have to start over?

      Ya my plan was to call in with what I got with me and give it a shot...
      I have the card info and the info for the one account.
      I was just hoping for some tips from people who have dealt with them.
