reactivating account plz help

  • reactivating account plz help

    ok i bought a new account and played t for 2 months then cancelled the account by playonline...

    now i want to reactivate it but when i log in to playonline there shows up a message saying "Your account is closed due to receiving chargeback from the past fees, you need to pay these fees before trying to reactivate your account" my account is registered with my mom´s credit card.

    so that means she hasnt still payd her credict card?
    after she pays, will i be able to reacitvate my account?
    can she do it at bank or i need to pay it from playonline only?

    Why did you feel the need to cross-post this into two different forums? Also, the Ask SE is not the place for the kind of question you asked, nor would it have been likely to get an answer even if it was.

    Probably not. But thereee may be another reason too. Hard to say from an outside perspective.

    If you cannot log into PoL, try contacting SE themselves about it. But if it's due to your mom not paying her credit card, that's probably an issue with the bank or something.

      On a sidenote you made 2 posts about the exact same topic.

      Why not ask your mom if she payed it or not, if she didn't that would definently explain the Playonline message.
