Where is this armor?

I know that this is the Cobra Cap set, and I know how to get all of the pieces...except one. The Cobra Unit Harness isn't listed anywhere apparently on here, ffxidats, ffxiclopedia, or ffxi-ah. And I can't find a single shred of info on it. Which is odd cause it's definitely listed in both Model Viewer and Altana Viewer, as well as being on ffxiclopedia (In the above picture).


So, does this mean it's an unreleased piece or am I just searching stupidly?

None of the body pieces for that tier of sets have been released yet. One assumes they'll come out with the next tier of medals.

One would expect, but we can only hope. It didn't come this update, which made us all disappointed. If it don't come next update, there will be blood.

Looks OK on female characters, stupid on male Hume and Elvaan and funny on Galka.

Ya know, the harness itself doesn't look all that bad...it's the damn frilly purple hotpants and the thigh high stockings that kill it.

I love full sets of gear. Too bad they're not usually practical for stats. I usually mix and match to have the better stuff myself...

Also, is it just me, or is that galka a giant mutant? He makes that Mithra look like a taru.

I have some thigh high stockings with a similar lace pattern at the top. I busted out laughing when I saw them on the male characters!

His feet start a good 2 feet or so higher than the others.

That's the good thing about the AN sets, the bonuses increase by piece, and you don't need all five to get it. And the cobra set is nice because the bonus is near useless anyway. However, Pups and Dnc especially will be wearing most of the parts because it offers a lot of Acc/Store tp. And Dnc really gets crap in the way of endgame gear right now.

I just stuck with the boots myself though, as a Thf I have better options readily availible to me in the other slots.

Compared to the Raperre Harness...the Cobra harness looks great.

I really don't like the purple bra thing. It seems to be cut all wrong, like if you lifted your arms high enough, nips would pop out.

The pants make that Hume guy look like he belongs in San Francisco. I could totally see him clubbing there.
