Can any body answer why you cant skill up when your in Campaign mode? i find it very stupid and annoying for jobs that cant find PT all to quick and are under cap and need to catch up

I think you can skill up on the mobs if you dont have a tag on. the fortifications allow for it.Comment

No really, RTFM. The NPCs explain to you that you forfeit any EXP, Items, Gil and Skill Ups when you put the tags on. This is why NPCs have options to ask them for info.Comment

As a side note, if you are under-cap on your main weapon, there's always the option of joining a skill up party.

It's a good way to spend time while you're seeking, it's good when you don't really have time for a party, but you aren't really meant to rely on it unless you also have no problem arranging other methods to get skillups.Comment
