How to upgrade ID?

Hi guys I just came back to the game and I was wondering something. I had my ID in the past w/ the first 2 expansions and this is the same ID I am using at the moment.

Now, I just bought the 08 collection w/all the expansions, my question is this... is there any way to upgrade my ID membership so I can use the new key given w/ the new game so I could have all the expansions w/ this current ID?

If you just go into the area where you register expansions (Content IDs I think? Or Expanded Services), you can take care of it there.
