OPW Glitch?

Ok I know I have ALL outpost warps except Lufaise Meadows. There is no doubt in my mind.

I go to the OPW guy, and Elshimo Uplands is not showing. I zone and come back, still not showing.

I know I definitely have it, the amount of times I can remember being in that menu, supposed to be going somewhere and having to ask my PT if it's Upper or Lower before I click.

Has anyone ever had a problem like this before?

Are you on a 35+ job? I can't remember if the level requirement removes OPs from the list, but that's the only thing I can think of that might (legitimately) cause that.

Yeah it was that, I was on THF 33 and for reason I had it in my head that it was level 30 area, thanks for the reply I feel really stupid now
