I haven't really seen how SCH plays as a party nuker 10-16, where BLM has MAB I and SCH doesn't, but that's owing mostly to the attitude that nukers don't have a place in parties. It's not too bad at some levels, but it's been a while since I've seen a BLM in a dunes party...
If you are going to nuke at those levels, though, go /WHM. Banish is more effective than Stone and Water.
