  • Reactivating Account on a 360

    Ok, I'm trying to reactivate my FFXI account on my Xbox360. I quite playing it on January 19th. And whenever I go to either Register my Content ID or try to Reactivate it or anything like that. It gives me this "UCS - 1104 You cannot purchase a Content ID at this time. Please try again after checking the following: Make sure your payment information is valid. Make sure your PlayOnline ID has not been cancelled."

    I know my PlayOnline ID has not been cancelled cause I can log in with it. But I don't know how to check if my payment information is valid, I can't find a place to view the payment information or change it.

    Anyone mind telling me how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
