    Re: Registration code problem

Did you try just entering it?

From what I understand, it's not case-sensitive even if it says it is.

        Re: Registration code problem

They have been/are doing some maintenence on the registration server, which is probably the problem.

No, you shouldn't have to reinstall PlayOnline after they have finished updating the registration servers.

But I must admit that after rereading your first post, I became a little curious about the following part: it tells me case sensitive...so i use the soft keyboard tey give me,doesnt let me use lower case letters,o i try my xbox 360 controller that goes into the controller, that only goes as capitals which pissed me off,so i got no clue how to make the letters lower case, can any1 help me.

Do you have the controller with the integrated keyboard? Cause then I would suppose that the button beneath the A button, would change the letters from upper to lower cases and vice versa.

I am having the same problem. Are you saying that you just took the game back and got a new copy to fix the issue or did the typing attachment work so you could put the code in with lower case letters?

                  Re: Registration code problem

Just bought this game for my son today. We had the same problems, No lower case, case sensitive code, it just won't accept. Well after reading through many different forums this is what I found:
if your code has a 1 in it, you might be one of the lucky ones because it's really a mis-print......It's a L.
We changed all the ones in the code to L and it worked. And it is not case sensitive.
                  Hope this helps.

                    Re: Registration code problem

After speaking to a customer service rep today, they informed me that the registration codes were a misprint, and should be in all caps. Unfortunately, my code is still coming up invalid so I have to fax in a copy of it so they can figure out where the error is.
