i cant get back in the maw

I went in the maw in battalia and came out of Rolanberry S. I went around for awhile and ended up walking around in NGustaberg S. I warped back using a cudgel. Now I cant get in the maw again. Any ideas how to correct this?

Use the one in Rolanberry Fields [S].

i already warped back to the present , i cant get in the maw from battalia, how do i get to rolanberry S?

There should have been a message about a portal opening within the maw. This is how you know you can use the maw.

I actually had a similar problem, but worse. ^.^`

When you enter the maw for the first time, it randomly brings you to either Saurumogue, Rolanberry, or Battalia. Whatever place you end up is the only portal that is activated for you, so unless you exit the past from another maw, THAT is the only portal you can reenter from the present. In other words, you have to enter into Rolanberry's maw to get back to the past.

It was worse for me because the maw plopped me out in Saurumogue, and I died on my way through Battalia w/out activating any other maw. In order to reenter the past, I had to go through the Saurumogue maw, which meant I had to go through Garlaige's First and Third Banishing gates. -,-` That was unfun.
