Aspect ratio?

Hey, I'd like to change the aspect ration in-game to 16:10 if possible, but I'm extremely new to this game. Can anybody walk me through the steps of doing this?

Hit numpad - to open your menu, then a left or right arrow to switch pages. Aspect ratio is under Config > Misc. 2
