In the summer I signed up to play this game with the free trial. I was 17 and used a gift card from the bank to sign up and entered a mixture of information. I forgot about this game and when I looked at my e-mail there was an e-mail saying I haven't paid and that I didn't cancel my account. Also that my credit could be lowered. I didn't even have the play online viewer or the game on my computer and when I re downloaded the program the username and password weren't working to log in. I'm 18 but I didn't use a credit card to sign up. How can I cancel?
