Conquest is the main continent, Besieged is the Near East, Campaign is the past stuff. Other than that, I'm not sure what you're asking.

Jeuno around lvl 20. At lvl 20 you can do the chocobo quest to get a choco license.

Base missions, Zilart, and CoP missions all take place in the Conquest map.
