lost POL password HELP!

I have no idea what the password could be i have tried everything i would have set it as..i can login to the pol main screen but when it says 'connect' it throughs a password box i enter the password (or its there if i do it through the setting) but it says invalid user/pass..i read in the manual that i cant reregister and i dont know where to get support one site had a chat mod but i waited an hour and no one ever came online (although it said to wait)...help..i have never been able login just got the game..

Square Enix doesn't regularly (if ever) read this section of the forums, your best bet honestly is to call their customer service and see if they can help you. Good luck.

you can try calling SE support. they will most likely have you verify your CC and billing info. Im sure they can reset your password given that you verified your account.
