the noob "?" by name

Greetings,

My wife made a mule a while ago, and its probably got 8 hours or so, maybe more of play time on it from AHin stuff etc. The "?" by her name is still there and i recall there being a way to disable that, anyone here remember how?

in game main menu, second page. Somewhere in the support I think.

I believe you "menu through" to get to the "Help Desk" option, and find the "Remove New Adventurer Status" or something to that effect. It's been quite awhile since I created my last mule, but I think that's where we always found it.

I fully believe if you don't know how to remove the noob "?" tag you're still a noob.

Back in the day when I made a character, there were no noob "?"s :D
