Question about Xbox 360 gamertag linking with POL

I made a new Xbox 360 gamertag and tryed to like my POL account to it but it said that only gamertag per POL account could be linked but I dont deleated the old gamertag before trying to link it to the new one has any ever been able to switch gamertags with thire POL accounts PLEASE HELP

This isn't a question that can be answered by this forum, and more specifically not the sort of question we can submit to Square-Enix as a community site.

I've moved the question to Frequently Asked Questions, as other Xbox 360 members may be able to help you.

Your best bet, though, is probably to call Xbox Live support yourself and ask them what you can do.

I have heard of this but you had to...well at worst delete POL and reinstall it and at best just delete all the POL account info and put it back in.

I do not own an Xbox 360 and...well I really don't want one due to the issues that they seem to die alot...plus I've never been a Microsoft fan. I just hang out on weird message boards too much....
