I don't know what you mean by mail forward, but a subjob is an abbreviation for "subordinate job" It is a job that you combine with your main job to enhance your main job and have a few abilities from that subjob.

However, your subjob will always be limited to half of your main job. You do have to level up that sub job to keep it up with your main job, and certain combinations are better than others. You're probably confused right now, but it will all make sense when you start playing and see it for yourself.

I think you can pay with game cards I think, but it's a lot of work and effort to set it up and renew them all the time. I would trust Playonline with your credit card number. They are a high security company that has been hosting FFXI for about 7 years now, and there is a very, very, very miniscule chance your account will be hacked. And even so, they would only be able to access your character information, and not your credit card information. That requires passwords not even hackers can get. I have never heard of anyone on FFXI who got their credit card information stolen. I've heard of account hackings, but not identity theft.

And account hacking is just a fact of life for anything you do on the internet, so get used to it
