Not too sure on this one, but they're probably all about the same. You'll find as you go on that it's not terribly difficult to communicate with those who speak other languages.

If playing with japanese, german, russian, french and other players who don't speak english bothers you, this isn't the game for you.

You're going to get a mix of players in any server.
