The thread title says it all. I recently found out that I'm still being billed for my FFXI services, even though I don't (want to) use it anymore. When I tried to sign into my account, of course, I couldn't remember my ID and/or password meaning I can't get in to cancel my account. I've emailed playonline several times but they have not gotten back to me.
Who should I contact to get quick service? By the way, I live in Australia so if it's like, US-only phone-calls then unfortunately I won't be able to use them.
