Hey everyone. I got a weird problem with reactivating my Content IDs(2). Today I came on the computer and went to PlayOnline and it told me to reactivate something. I didn't really takr the time to read it so I just reactivated whatever needed to be reactivated. Then, it told me to reactivate my Content IDs. I go straight to the Content ID section and try reactivating it. It said I could not reactivate my Content. It said I need to make sure my PlayOnline ID is not canceled and make sure my membership information is not incorrect. So, this prevents me from playing the game.
Do they mean check to see if my membership infor is correct by credit card? or the other info (like Phone #, Location, E-mail)? By the way, how do I know if my PlayOnline ID is not canceled?
Note: I searched this numerous times on the playonline site and it did not have the information I needed for this situation.
