Ok essentially I primairly play it on 360 now, but a while back I installed the game on my PC (without using any of the serial #'s). But I'd like to try using both, just so I can take screenshots on my PC etc.

That shouldn't be a problem right?

As long as you're not trying to log in both at the same time, no.

You could dual box and have 2 accounts if you have the game + codes for both.

You will experience somewhat of a hassel. If you switch between PC and 360 or PC and PS2 I suggest maybe wait like 5 mins before logging on to your PS2 or 360 ffrom playing on the PC. Sometimes if you don't wait, you're able to login fine its just when you go to zone to say Port Jeuno you'll be stuck at the downloading screen and eventually error out of FFXI due to no responce from server or some crap i can't remember the error code. But like i said I'd wait 5-10 mins before logging on from your PC to PS2 or 360. I often switch from PC to PS2 alot i like crafting and fishing on PC and XP grinding on my PS2.

OK I got a good question does the 360 have a keyboard?
If it doesn't is it hard to play the game on a 360 controller?

It has USB ports, so you can plug in a USB keyboard
