Archery ws Question

Ok so i leveld my Archery to 10 and it said i learned (i dont remember then name anymore since its been a while since i tried to do it but pretty sure about it)Flaming arrow...its not listed in any of my Abilties menus(that i can find) and ive tried executing as if it were a regular ws with /ws "Flaming arrow" <t>
ive even tried /ra "Flaming Arrow" <t> and with both macros it just does a regular attack with an arrow.
Is a special arrow(hence "Flaming" arrow) required or what?

Yeah this is a newb question but we all have to learn one way or another =D

You can only do ranged WS if your RNG or COR(markmenship onry i believe) main or you have them subbed.

Ohhh well that makes a heck of a lot of sence......dang dont i feel stupid now....
well thanks for the info i woulda been stumped forever trying to get it to work....dang
now i have to unlock RNG just so i can see what it looks like....

BTW, you don't need a special type of arrow for it. Whatever WS you use will use whatever weapon you have equipped.

Except Relic, but you don't have to worry about that for a few years if ever.

If it makes you feel any better, I had the same problem w/ Flaming Arrow AND Red Lotus Blade! lol I had no idea that some WS were only available to some jobs, let alone to some sub jobs.

I've asked the same question about 4 years ago. We were all newbs once! ^^

As for seeing what it looks like....it sucks. Most of the ranged ws's effects pale in comparison to other ws's. Sidewinder/Slug Shot look alright, and so does Namas Arrow. Haven't seen arching arrow yet, and havent messed with blast arrow, but overall they all suck visually compared to some of the cooler melee ones. Tachi: Gekko, and I belive its Vorpal Scythe to name a few.

I wish more of our ws's looked more like EES, tbh.
