whats a good way too make gil?

im only WAR18/MNK9 but what i've been doin for gil to upgrade my gear is farming crystals, and i know i cant be doing this to 75. So whats some ways i can make gil, im still a newb to this game .

Low level farming is generaly restricted to the simpler mobs, like killing crawlers for silk or bees for beehive chips and depending on your server it can be good money or atleast pay for your gear to continue leveling, But as you progress you have new options, you can farm harder mobs for more expensive drop or rarer drops, personaly i farm fomor codexs on bst in the 40 cap area.

HELM (harvest escavate logging mining) at most levels can bring in a lot of gil even at the lower levels but the highest gains are usualy payed for in exp rather then time in areas like ifrits cauldren and mount zhayolm, but once you get use to it the deaths are reduces but the areas are still very danerous if you slip up, you need sneak and invis from whm or rdm for the areas you still get aggro in. But a thing to consider is that in deflation this is not as profitable as it was, i seen adaman ore drop from 120K to 30k in a few days.

The AH stock market, just like you think it is, buy low sell high but you need to have alot of knowlage of market trends and some capital for this to work, also not recomended in the current deflation.

BST, level bst when you hit 30, and im not just saying this because im a fanboy of the job, you make a decent amount of gil just leveling it, all the beastmen seals you get (dont drop them you will use them in the future) and farming posibilitys not open to other jobs make this job, and being able to bst burn BCNM make this a very atractive job for making gil and i would put it ahead of THF in the top 2 money makers. Disadvantages of this method is prejeduce of other players and LOT of death, and demands alot of patence.

thats all the low level gil making tips i can think off atm, sorry if its a little slopy im soloing atm , hope you found it helpful. Also i dont think alot of people will reply cause this question is surprisingly asked alot.

Well, crystals are a perfectly appropriate thing to be farming for gil. You might want to try Harvesting, Excavation, Logging, or Mining (HELM for short). You can take up Fishing, or start levelling a craft now for making gil in the future.

My WHM friend has found an easy way to farm. Me and him go around and link as many mobs as we can and then he uses Banishga II on them and instant death. Do that with saps and you can always get at least 1-3 grain seeds per mass kill.

Another good way to make gil is by finding your nation's native beastmen (Yagudo, Quadav, Orc) and farming them for their different drops. For instance, Yagudos drop Yagudo Necklaces, and Quadavs drop Fetich parts and Quadav Backplates. These usually sell pretty well in all AHs unless there is an overstock (too many being sold for low prices). Just my 2 cents

EdiT: Also, like Gentoo said, try leveling a craft, fishing is great because some fish, like Moat carp, and a few others sell decently at low levels, try Knightwell with some insect paste for Moat carp

Moat carp sells TERRIBLE right now. If you are lucky you can get 4k a stack

Well... THE quickest and easiest way to get gil is to buy it... But I don't recommend that. And if that doesn't do it for you, I hear that a nice Taru strip dance in Jeuno will do the trick...

Farm seeds from saplings. Grain seeds fetch a decent price these days. Mushrooms too. Do some low level crafting too.
