If anyone is using this payment method can they tell me:
If to transfer money from debit to the virtual visa, do I have to have an online account set up with my bank (Such as EasyWeb) to transfer money from my account to the virtual visa OR do I just need to have a money-transferrable bank account to move the money directly from my account to the virtual visa?
Do I need to be in Europe?
Do I absolutely have to own a card from my bank with a visa mark or mastercard mark on it?
