Quick question about jobs.

Lets say your Lvl 75 cor and you want a /nin or /rng subjob. My question is when the subjob passes lvl 37 it can't be used as a subjob anymore, and now is only useable as a main?

No. It simply keeps acting as a Lv.37 sub.

To explain it simply, lets do this

75 COR
37 NIN
30 RNG
40 WAR

COR is your main. If you sub NIN, you'll be 75COR/37NIN cause its exactly half of your main. If you sub RNG, your 75COR/30RNG as your subjob isnt half of your main. If you sub WAR, its 75COR/37WAR because your subjob cannot exceed half of your main level, so it is capped at 37 for subbing. Having a job higher than 37 won't affect your subjob directly. Indirectly you may gain skillups(like Parry and Evasion if you level WAR, as you don't get hit much as COR), but it doesnt directly affect your subs performance.
