Quick Question for JP Symbols

I have searched the forums and gone through pages of Japanese IME threads and Japanese related threads just for one word that i know i have seen on these boards before. I am looking for the Japanese word that brings up all the Symbols and characters used for most faces etc, Such as the Circles and Crosses (X) etc.

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but try "kigou" and see if that's what you meant.

Besides, I wouldn't use "kigou" if I want circles and crosses; "maru" for a circle and "batsu" for a cross. But without knowing how they are typed, I think browsing through the choices for "kigou" is probably the best way.
