A serious question about the Buddy Pass

Allright. Since my last post seemed to be in a critically wrong thread (?) i will repost it as a new entity, hoping for a quick and resolving answer. As i stated before, this question may seem stupid but i just haven't been able to figure it out myself:

Where is the buddy pass, code or whatever it is, located in my newly purchased Vana'Diel collection? My roommate wants to play it and i've just been able to spread my hands about it so far. Help greatly appreciated!

There should be a separate sheet of paper, in with the other random things like the ad for a Logitech Controller, and whatnot. It's sort of the same color as the box.

Okay, problem solved. I called the company that i ordered it from. My package doesn't have a buddy pass. Their webpages said it should have it so they gave me another copy for 10e. I knew it wasn't supposed to be so hard.
