Windower by itself is not detectable, at least not by GMs, however, the reason why it's banned is because PS2 users can't have it.

Which is a stupid reason. I'm a PS2er and I stop what I'm doing in the game often to look stuff up on my comp. I don't think windower would be such a hassle in game if the people making it would stop putting in plug-ins.
