Outpost Warp

Hi, this is my first post. I've been a lurker for a while, but for once I can't find the information that I'm looking for, so I figured I'd make my own post. ^^

I was wondering if anyone knows the level caps for each outpost, for example, you can't outpost warp from Valkurm until level 20. Does anyone have a list of all the outposts and the levels required? I appreciate any help. ^^
