Lol, love how recent poster just have to shred a post. Pick apart every little thing. First part picked apart wasn't even directed anyone. It was mearly a comment in response about the ToS being in the manual. I placed it only to state that anyone looking for the ToS should look online since it is likely to be more current.

I'm well aware of the Fan Festivle and the whole affairs that went on there. Don't have to remind me about the issue with the pictures either. It still falls back to the same comparison I made with Arizona legal system and regards to speeding. Just because I'm going 15 mph over the speed limit and pass a police officer and he does nothing doesn't mean I didn't break the law (I actually did). It only means that my actions presented no intrest and no need to have to take action against.

As far as the link, that thread I don't like. It's start expresses to much of a I'm hacking and doing it just for fun attitude. From the look of it has been edited as well because Feba providing info that isn't in line with our rules. Only skimmed because I didn't have time, but as I could see the thread was more mudslinging and not an actual discussion of the ToS. I either case you are right omniblast that this is off topic, I'll be glad to continue it in PMs if Mhurra likes otherwise I guess that's it for me.

Though 'technically' all 3rd pt programs are against the ToS, it's been shown that SE doesn't really mind prgrams like Fraps. It's still bannable, but I doubt they'll actually do it.

Could always use a clipboard management program.(a mostly useless but still valid comment) As long as you use the pictures for noncommercial purposes then its should be legal anyways.

Hmm a good clipboard managment program could also be used to copy HD-DVD's via Print Screen
