Final Fantasy XI Treasure of Ah Urghan question

Hi,

I'm think of buying Final Fantasy XI Treasure of Ah Urghan. but I want to know that do i need to buy the original and old exapinsion in order to play the new expansion?. Or do i can just buy Final Fantasy XI Treasure of Ah Urghan to play?
i dont really care much about the old expansion, i just want to play the 3 new job that all.

You have to buy the orignal game. You don't need any of the old expansions though just "Final Fantasy XI: Online"

With some very rare exceptions, all the expansions are seperate. Although, new copies of the game come with the older expansions, I believe... Even the old NA release version had Zilart included.

What system are you playing on? If on PC you can buy the Vanadiel collection DVD which has everything through CoP. Then you just have to buy ToA. If on 360, the only one you can buy has all of them on it. If for ps2...have fun on ebay. You'll be buying everything separately unless you get an NA copy of it then it comes with the originaly game and RoZ.

I think all server should have about similar amount of NA players. IF you have no friends already playing, just let yourself random onto any server. Should be fine.
