Yet another levelign question

Okay, I haven't played for like...8 months and I'm wondering what the effects of the last 2 expansion packs and updates have been on leveling speed. Are the expansion areas worth leveling in before like..60? Just general info like that. Thanks!

I've seen some people level there in the late 50's...but otherwise no. The expansion is largely geared towards bored high level players.

Edit: Er. Last -two- expansion packs.
For CoP zones I haven't really seen people exp in those before the 60's either, although I'm sure you can if you wanted to.
