I'm not sure how often this has been asked(probably a lot, but when I searched the forums there is a lot of unrelated threads) but i need to find out something:

What is a mule exactly, and whats the point of having one?

Seoncdary character (or third, fourth, fifth, sixth, etc.) on the same account as your main, or a separate account. Basically just used to store extra equipment due to limited space on one character, or in some cases to bazaar extra items or check the different AH's.
Yeah, I know there's another thread where this was answered, but I'd have to sit down and do quite a search. The search function will usually just link any thread where "mule" is mentioned, and thats a lot of threads. Might have to tinker with the advanced settings, see if that helps.
