I'd move away from <bt> and use <stnpc>.

As some people have mentioned, <bt> is great unless you have links in which case your macros become useless since you won't know for sure which mob you're attacking. The last thing you want when you have links is spending time manually looking up spells and changing equipment.

Yep, <stnpc> all the way. All my offensive spell macros start off with /ta <bt>, so 99% of the time it's just a matter of hitting Enter. But when there is a link, the macros stay functional, and it forces me to actually think about which mob I'm targeting with what.
