Password recovery question

I went a way for a week and came back to my expansion sitting on my desk, but to register the expansion i need to log in. Just before i went away i changed my password but i cant remember it now to login and register expansion pack.

This version is also the US import copy, as i come from the UK. My question is: if i own the US game, can i call EU support and get my password recovered? or are the support lines all the same?

Hope someone can help, been waiting for this expansion for 2 weeks ;_;

You have to call the branch of the company that your account was registered with to recover account information. So you have to call Japan for a Japanese account, the US for a North American account, and Europe for a European account. They will say your codes are invalid or that your account isn't supported if you call the wrong branch.

Will they ask which home address i put in when i registered my account? because i cannot remember what i put in 2 years ago, as i made it up because i imported from US to UK.

If they ask billing address, then i will be fine.

Also does anyone know what other info they may ask?
