any keyboard that can use with PC should work with 360 I think.

I use the same basic logitech keyboard I used for my PS2. But I have also used my regular PC keyboard on it to see if it would work too. So any keyboard should be acceptable. Unless for some reason your 360 decides to not recognize it...but that shouldn't be a problem.

ok so yesterday i bought a nexxtech usb keyboard to do my playonline registration on my xbox 360 but the keyboard didnt work, it had a instalation cd with it but i dont think u need to install a keyboard on a 360 so i brought back the keyboard 2 the shop for my money.

i would like to know some name of keyboard that would surely work on a 360 that are sold at a modest price.

And, I found this kind of funny...

I can actually use my Mac keyboard with my 360...
I'm sure they're fairly inexpensive...
But, good luck finding a store that carries Mac hardware...

I'm pretty sure that MS has posted a compatibility list for USB keyboards on the 360.
Try checking out the Xbox website...
If MS hasn't posted any...Check the forums..As I'm sure people are talking about it...
And might be able to help you a little bit more.

ok well i bought my xbox in the month of november and apparently after chatting with a support staff at microsoft their is no available usb keyboard for my box

I don't know why someone at Microsoft would tell you that. I bought my 360 back in November and I can use my USB keyboard just fine. Go to EBgames or Gamestop and see what they have, because that is where I got my keyboard from and I haven't had any problems with it on my Xbox.

Remeber that European keyboards have a different button layout. The xbox will use the american layout.

I solved the problem putting stickers on the corner of each key with the american value.

ok so tonight ima go buy a keyboard once again and i hope it will work this time.
But when some people say their ps2 keyboard work on the 360 is it the powerboard ps2 keyboard or logitech USB keyboard or both work o.o?

I purchased a MS wireless keyboard. I have a Logitech one but it did not work with the 360. One issue you have to be careful of is the distance of the wireless receiver from the keyboard. My son was complaining a blue streak one day and I knew immediately what the issue was. I moved the receiver closer to him and no typing lag and it worked perfectly.

I have 5 different USB keyboards lying around they all work, I don't think finding a compatible kb will be a problem at all.
