reactivating your character

I've got an idea, and im wondering if it'll work:

I want to change worlds (bastok's just not doing it for me), and i want to do it permanently, as in i want to BELONG to another region...

What if i were to cancell my POL subscription, then reactivate it and reactivate my contentID... do i get to choose a world then, or is the server and region locked into my already created character????

Bastok isn't a world, its a nation. You can change nations at anytime in game by going to the representatives in their own towns. Your plan wouldn't do anything. You also can't switch servers unless you make a brand new character.
