Camera Problem

On my friends computer it alway acts like the down button is held down. So the camera view is always pointing down and you can't really play like that. You can move it up, but it just goes back down. It isnt the mouse becuase i can use it to talk to people and stuff and the icon showing up isnt the purple one. The arrow key isnt held down either. Any ideas how to fix this?

Nevermind it was his controller/converter causing the problem.
